Open Gym is an unstructured time for anyone to explore the gym. Hands-on guidance is available if desired, and there is always supervision by one of our certified coaches to provide general guidance and safety.

We are the ONLY gym in Edmonton that combines gymnastics and the sport of Ninja under one roof. You can put your creativity to work and design your own fun Ninja obstacle course, or take advantage of our climbing ropes, trampoline, foam pit and specialized gymnastics equipment for hours of exercise and fun!

We offer extended hours of open gym for $15. Stay as long as you like; however, please arrive at least one hour before Open Gym ends.

The first time you register, you must purchase a $15 SEGN membership valid from July to June 2023 for insurance coverage.
