Our FlexiFit class is designed to improve flexibility and range of motion while building core strength. Participants develop a strong physical base for participating in other activities, which support injury prevention. This class uses low impact exercises to improve core stability and balance, while also incorporating other exercises to tone the entire body. There is a focus on achieving a mind-body connection for long term health.

Our fit series classes are developed to improve physical fitness using gymnastics and ninja equipment. Different classes focus on different types of fitness and different types of equipment. Whatever your fitness goals, there is sure to be a class to help achieve those goals.
