The JumpFit class is designed for those who are looking for a total body workout focusing on strength and endurance. This class uses trampolines to provide strengthening opportunities while challenging endurance. Jump Fit is a fun and effective way to exercise while bouncing/rebounding on trampolines in a high energy cardio workout.

Our fit series classes are developed to improve physical fitness using gymnastics and ninja equipment. Different classes focus on different types of fitness and different types of equipment. Whatever your fitness goals, there is sure to be a class to help achieve those goals.
