Open Gym is an unstructured time for anyone to explore ninja obstacle courses and try out much of the equipment SEGN has to offer. Hands-on guidance is available if desired and there is always supervision by one of our certified coaches present to provide general guidance and safety. 

Different time slots are available for different ages. For the little ones, Open Gym is a fun time to come with a caregiver to explore the gym, enjoy a playdate, and make new friends. Kids can explore fun circuits and play on the mats, climb ropes, and use specialized ninja and gymnastics equipment. For adults, this class offers more freedom to spend time in areas of interest without having to commit to a scheduled class.
