In our YouthNinja class, participants progress and practice fundamental Ninja skills in more challenging circuits that begin to combine skills. Participants will continue to build physical strength and confidence through conditioning exercises that develop their Ninja skills and work ethic. Our coaches look to foster confidence and knowledge in how to safely tackle any obstacle.
