Philosophy
At SEGN, we prepare for the future. We have two areas of concentration: the future of children and the future of our planet.
We believe children need to move as part of their mental and physical development. A strong and healthy body contributes to increased confidence as children move through life. We want children in our gym moving and having fun while doing it. That’s why we combine gymnastics and ninja under one roof, and why we offer Math Like a Ninja, and why we adapt classes for those cognitively and physically challenged. Adults who join us easily recall how much fun it is to jump, run and play. Participating in our classes is an invitation for kids and adults to have fun and keep moving.
