In our YouthNinja class, participants progress and practice fundamental ninja skills in more challenging circuits that begin to combine skills. Participants will continue to build physical strength and confidence through conditioning exercises that develop their ninja skills and work ethic. Our coaches look to foster confidence and knowledge in how to safely tackle any obstacle.

Our ninja program focuses on developing your child’s fitness, coordination and strength. Practicing the sport of ninja develops the body as a whole and fosters creative problem-solving combined with movement. Ninja builds character and cultivates discipline – transferable skills that support success in school, sport, and life in general.
