Adult Gym

In this adult class, participants are introduced to gymnastics to develop the flexibility, strength and conditioning required to achieve success performing gymnastics skills. Gymnastics is a fun way to keep in shape and cross-train for other sports. Whether the aim is to strengthen, increase flexibility, do a cartwheel, or land a flip, this class supports achieving those goals. From former competitors to those who have never participated in the sport before, we welcome all skill levels.
