This is a progressive program that takes an inclusive and developmentally appropriate approach for girls aged 5 years and older. Classes are based on fundamental movement patterns consisting of swinging, springing, rotation, balance, forward movement, and landings. Each participant will build a foundation of physical competence and confidence to enjoy a lifetime of healthy and active living from having a strong body.
